The Company

Infrabuilders, LLC is an 8(a) certified (SBA) limited liability company established in September 2007 under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The firm was founded to provide general construction services to public and private entities in the island.

Infrabuilders, LLC most important asset is its experienced, multi-disciplinary work team who makes possible the successful delivery of projects on schedule, on budget, and according to construction plans and specifications. Depending on the client’s needs, our work team can get involved not only during the construction phase of the project, but also through the pre-construction stages of the project delivery process.

Partners

Carlos S. Piñero, PhD, PE – Dr. Piñero is a professional civil engineer registered in Puerto Rico.  He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and a Ph.D. degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.  Since 1998 Dr. Piñero has been involved in different aspects of the construction project delivery process including consulting during the design phase and as a project manager and contractor.
José C. Navarro, JD – Mr. Navarro holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and a Juris Doctor from Pontificia Universidad Católica, Ponce, Puerto Rico. Following what he considered his true calling, he got into the construction industry in 1999. Later in 2007 he co-founded Infrabuilders, LLC to provide general construction services in Puerto Rico.
